# The Addie, two commercial decks in welded TPO

Two flat commercial decks, one standard: dry. Both buildings were membraned in TPO, with every seam hot-air-welded into a single continuous surface.

The parapets were wrapped, the curbs and penetrations flashed, and the drains set so a Savannah downpour leaves the roof instead of pooling on it. The reflective white membrane is a true 'cool roof' that helps keep the buildings cooler through the summer.

From the air, the two decks read clean and tight, which is the only thing a flat roof should ever say.
