On a flat roof, water has nowhere to run, so the membrane has to be perfect. We hot-air-weld TPO seams into a single continuous surface, wrap the parapets, and pitch the drains so storms leave the way they came. From a large commercial deck to a modern flat-roofed home, the standard is the same.

Hot-air-welded TPO
Every seam fused into one membrane, with no adhesives to peel and no laps to lift. We probe the welds before we leave the roof.
Parapet and edge detailing
The edge is the weak point on a flat roof. We wrap parapets, set proper termination bars, and flash every curb and penetration.
Drainage that actually drains
Tapered insulation and correctly set drains so water moves off the roof instead of ponding and working the seams.
