A brick colonial on East 48th, re-roofed to match
Some houses you photograph from the sidewalk. This East 48th Street colonial (brick, symmetrical, with a clipped parterre garden out front) wanted a roof that respected the architecture rather than competing with it.
We matched the shingle to the home's trim and the rhythm of the street, then installed the full system beneath: underlayment, valley protection, reworked flashing at the dormers and chimney.
The result reads as quietly correct from the front walk, the kind of roof a house this composed has earned.
